Four years since they first opened, South End Motors is already on their second shop and starting 2025 with new customers.
Starting Strong in Island Bay
In 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Harminder, South End Motors’ owner, took a bold step by purchasing his first shop in Island Bay.
Recognizing the need for up-to-date equipment and efficient operations, he commissioned Treadway Equipped to implement an equipment upgrade schedule and assist him with financing, setting the foundation for a successful venture.
Expansion to Te Aro

With no trolley and no post, the Beissbarth Q.Lign wheel aligner helps optimise the space in Harminder’s shop while providing additional service to his customers.
